So it's been a while since I've made a post on here, and I'm ashamed to say this blog hasn't been at the forefront of my mind. But it's okay because that's life sometimes!
As a second year uni student I'm constantly learning how to juggle the copious amount of work we're given, an internship (currently), staying healthy and this blog. It's tough and I'm not great at it haha.
But I thought I'd make a short post today telling you about one of the things that has been occupying me over the last 2 months, and it's music related so how could I not!
During my first term, one of my assignments was to submit a research proposal and pilot study on any topic of our choice. I seized this opportunity to finally work on something music related, I couldn't wait. I decided to conduct a pilot study titled 'An Exploration into the Impact of COVID-19 on the Digitisation of the Music Industry and it's Marketing Strategies', quite a mouthful I know!
I got the opportunity to speak with two individuals who work in the music industry. One a music artist and one an industry professional who has been working in music for 5+ years. It was super interesting to get some insight into how covid has been effecting these individuals and their work differently.
So I thought as I found it really fascinating to work on, you may find it interesting to see some of the insight they gave. So below is an infographic I created to show some of the key findings.
